Since most of our designs are built to order, personal
service is very important to us in the ordering process. When you
order a piece from us, you will be working directly with
the designer and maker. If you happen to be in the Nashville
area, we enjoy meeting you in your home, or in ours, where you can view
the quality of our craftsmanship. Payment
We build furniture on a customer request basis and require a 50%
deposit to begin all orders. We will provide you with a written
confirmation to ensure the accuracy of your order. We will
contact you when your order is nearing completion to set up shipping or
delivery. The balance will be due prior to shipment or upon
delivery. (where available) Custom Commissions
We specialize in the unique challenges of creating
one-of-a-kind designs for our customers. First we will meet with
you to learn about your unique requirements. Then we will develop
a design which will meet all of your needs. We will send you our
concepts, a price quote, and a project time line. Once a
design is approved we require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon
delivery. Lead times on custom orders are generally longer due to

project. Immediate Delivery
Some of our furniture is available straight off the shop
floor. In this case we can arrange for pick-up, delivery, or
shipping within a matter of days. Delivery and Shipping
Whenever possible, we prefer to hand deliver our furniture
to its new home. We do not charge for delivery in the Nashville
area. Outside the area we will assess a delivery fee. For
orders that we cannot deliver, shipping will be arranged through
either Fed-Ex or common carrier for larger orders. Crating and
shipping charges will be quoted upon order confirmation. We keep
shipping costs as low as possible (while ensuring safe delivery) and
